Telemarketer PositionAs a Telemarketer for a local State Farm Insurance office, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand's public image and cultivates existing customer relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers' experience, and strategically position our agency. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.Tracking of daily call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.QualificationsCommunication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using Microsoft software.Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.Professional and courteous telephone manner.Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency's growth.Compensation: $18.00 per hourDo you want a career and not just a job?We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
