Our client, a dynamic and expanding manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to support their financial operations during an exciting acquisition. Why Join? Overview Of The Role Analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variances to provide insights into financial performance. Manage and improve cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in inventory valuation and cost controls. Support month-end and year-end close processes, focusing on cost accounting adjustments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine financial reporting and decision-making. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, variance analysis, and cost reporting. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
