Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guided Growth Therapies, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy, including both joint and separate sessions for comprehensive family assessments.
\n
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of issues including, but not limited to:
\n
\n
• Alcohol and substance abuse challenges
\n
• Physical or psychological abuse cases
\n
• Grief, loss, and bereavement counseling
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts within families and between siblings
\n
• Assistance to families experiencing cut-offs or estrangements
\n
• Support in managing job-related stresses
\n
• Guidance around medical issues affecting family dynamics
\n
• Treatment strategies for blended families and families undergoing separation or divorce
\n
• Facilitate effective communication between family members, particularly in mother/daughter relationships.
\n
\n
• Document all therapy sessions and patient progress accurately within our digital records system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
\n
• Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to contribute to comprehensive treatment planning.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance service delivery and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will engage diverse client populations, including both adults and children/adolescents, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs. By focusing on holistic family dynamics, you will facilitate a supportive therapeutic environment that fosters healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
