Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in our warehouse
• This role is integral to ensuring efficient workflow and inventory management while leading a team in a dynamic environment

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 12+ employees to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Oversee inventory management and maintain workflow processes
• Lead and coach team members to achieve productivity targets and operational goals
• Ensure packaging, production, and inventory tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Manage warehouse operations with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement

Essential Skills

• Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of 12 or more employees
• Strong skills in inventory management and workflow optimization
• Leadership capabilities with experience in coaching and motivating teams

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Troy,MI.
