Workday Learning Consultant

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Learning Consultant Specialist will support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Workday Learning platform while serving as the internal subject matter expert and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities Act as the internal business lead and subject matter expert during the Workday Learning LMS implementation and deployment Collaborate with the Workday implementation consulting partner to ensure successful deployment and alignment with organizational requirements Gather and document business requirements related to learning administration, compliance training, and learner experience Required qualifications 3-5 years of Workday experience required Workday Learning certification or advanced administration experience Experience as a business owner or administrator during a Workday Learning implementation Experience with LMS go-live readiness and user acceptance testing Familiarity with Udemy Business administration and integration management
