Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a leader in the gas industry, is hiring a HR Generalist to join their team in Clevland, OH! It will be hybrid, 3 days on-site

This is a 6 month- 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations concerns, and workplace procedures . You will also support HR case management , including documentation, investigations, recordkeeping, and escalating complex issues when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries and employee relations concerns.
• Support HR case management , including documentation, investigations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures while escalating complex employee relations issues as needed.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of HR experience .
• Strong communication and documentation skills .
• Ability to handle confidential employee information .
