Contracts Administrator

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX ( is seeking to hire a Contracts Administrator. Ideal candidate will need to have the ability to "think outside the box" but also carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form as well as follow company/departmental policies. Contracts Manager must also be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management.Responsibilities:Prepare estimates and proposals for new service agreementsMonitor and report on profitability of service agreements at time of renewal; prepare proposals for renewalsRevise estimates and proposals as requested by Sales departmentTrack new contract and renewal proposals and update sales team and management on statusWork with sales and service managers to analyze and mitigate risks associated with full maintenance contractsInvoice service contracts monthlyExplain terms and answer questions regarding contracts for both customers and coworkersResolve invoicing issues as they ariseSchedule contract turnover meetings between sales and operations teamsPrepare and disseminate reports to appropriate departments regarding contract statusCancel expired contracts in WennSoftEnter new and renewal contracts in WennSoft and set up tasking, revenue and billing schedulesMaintain organized system of physical and digital recordsEnter new equipment and inactivate replaced equipment in WennSoftRevise existing contracts as necessaryPerform other tasks as assignedSkills Required:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Must have experience using Excel with an emphasis on formatting and using formulas. Must be able to multi-task and use multiple accounting softwares.Education and/or Experience Required:High School diploma2 - 4 years of related experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsHVAC Industry experience is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr HTI Ltd
