A leading medical group is seeking a Rheumatology Physician to work in Findlay, OH (1.5 hours south of Detroit, 40 mins from Toledo. Wonderful town of 42k people) Great comp and flexible schedules! Company :

- The group has New Facilities, High Retention, and Physician Autonomy
- Base Salary: $300, 000 $350, 000/year (guaranteed and continues beyond the initial 2-year contract)
- Bonus: Quality + Production bonuses paid quarterly at $62 per wRVU (uncapped)
- Total Compensation: Typically $400, 000 $500, 000/year
- Avg wRVU per visit: 2.16 (at MGMA national benchmark)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50, 000
- Relocation: $10, 000
- CME: $5, 000/year
- Loan Support: Available during or after training (monthly, quarterly, or annual options)
- PSLF Eligible Employer: Estimated $100, 000 forgiveness over 5 years

- Cost of Living: 8% below U.S. national average
- Note: Higher base salary increases the wRVU bonus threshold
- Our full-time rheumatologist is leaving to pursue private practice with his spouse, so this need is dire.
- Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
- Schedule Options:
- 1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
- 2) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
- Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
- Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology
- New visits average 40 minutes and follow-ups 20.
- Physicians see 2 patients per hour (18 per day), starting with mostly new patients in the first month and transitioning to a balanced mix by month three.
- A full schedule depends on how quickly you learn the workflows and EMR. 90 days are allowed to ramp up, but most physicians are booked within a month since the volume is already there.
- During onboarding, the organization promotes you and connects you with medical staff and referring physicians. You re not responsible for generating patient volume.
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Rheumatology
- Ability to hold an Ohio State License
