As a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your expertise and dedication will help create a supportive environment where patients can heal and thrive.

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
• Document according to standards of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized needs
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
• Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriately
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current Wisconsin or Multi-state RN license
• CPR and BLS certification required
