Associate Director, Data Operations - Patient Services

Associate Director leading strategic and operational oversight of patient services data operations, including copay programs, specialty pharmacy, and related commercial domains. Ensures data quality, compliance, and readiness through vendor management, lifecycle governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data operations for patient services, copay, specialty pharmacy, and engagement domains
Oversee data source onboarding, validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and quality assurance processes
Manage data lifecycle activities including retention, archival, disposal, and metadata documentation
Partner with compliance, privacy, security, and governance teams to implement controls and safeguards
Lead product launch readiness and vendor transitions, including testing and risk mitigation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 10 years professional experience; at least 5 years in data operations, integration, or quality
Demonstrated experience leading technical workstreams and delivering outputs for complex programs
Strong knowledge of data integration, quality management, anonymization, and privacy practices
Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and geographically distributed teams
Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, cloud platforms, and modern monitoring tools
Healthcare, patient services, or life sciences industry experience preferred
