Marketing Manager, Patient Services Marketing & Strategy

Mettawa, IL

AbbVie seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute patient services marketing strategies for Parkinson's Disease brands. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams to enhance patient treatment experiences and program outcomes in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans for Parkinson's disease brands
  • Design patient experience journeys and corresponding patient services programs supporting treatment adherence
  • Execute marketing initiatives on schedule and coordinate with internal and external agency partners
  • Identify risks, remove barriers, and develop solutions to accelerate project execution
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • At least 2 years marketing experience with tactical execution track record
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with presentation ability
  • Skilled at managing multiple simultaneous projects with attention to detail
  • Ability to build stakeholder alignment across competing priorities
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes in Parkinson's disease
