Associate Director, APS Strategy & Marketing - Oncology

Associate Director leading patient support services strategy and marketing for a multiple myeloma product launch. Role integrates care model design, patient/provider marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and operational readiness to drive product access and patient persistence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end APS launch strategy and care model from design through optimization
• Create patient and provider marketing strategy across digital, CRM, web, field, and hub channels
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across brand, access, medical, operations, compliance, and field teams
• Lead operational readiness including training, workflows, vendor capabilities, and service standards
• Define KPIs and performance tracking across access, engagement, experience, and persistence metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Progressive experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, patient services, or marketing
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Budget and vendor management experience with executive communication abilities
• Oncology or hematology-oncology launch experience preferred
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, access models, or medical benefit reimbursement preferred
