Associate Director, International Market Access, Oncology

Associate Director supporting international market access and pricing strategy for oncology products at a biopharmaceutical company. Develops payer value propositions, access strategies, and pricing recommendations across key global markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine global pricing and access strategies for Venetoclax and Epcoritamab indications
• Create and update access materials including value propositions, negotiation pathways, and payer objection responses
• Lead Value and Access Team in building integrated access strategies across EU5, Canada, Japan, Australia, and Brazil
• Collaborate with pricing, HTA, health economics, and government affairs functions to align global market insights
• Manage project documentation and purchasing support workflows per company procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or payer-facing industry experience
• Strong clinical and health economic data understanding
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
• Deep knowledge of global payer markets and reimbursement landscape
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in scientific or economic field preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
