Associate Director, International Marketing & Commercial Operations, Oncology

Associate Director role supporting international marketing strategy and execution for an oncology product at a pharmaceutical company. Leads cross-functional teams across affiliates to develop brand strategies, competitive plans, and marketing initiatives while managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and affiliate teams to develop brand strategies and competitive readiness plans
• Analyze product, market, customer, and patient data to frame business problems and build marketing plans
• Direct primary research efforts and monitor international marketing programs within budget constraints
• Develop executable marketing strategies with clinical and financial support for assigned areas
• Ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed in all marketing activities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of oncology commercial experience
• Multiple roles in pharmaceutical commercial functions (brand, market access, sales, business development)
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards
• Financial planning and analysis skills
• Experience with international product launches
• Strong business writing, oral communication, and presentation skills
• Leadership and influence management competencies
