Associate Director, International Marketing, Oncology

Associate Director role supporting international marketing strategy development and execution for an oncology brand. Leads cross-functional teams across affiliates to drive competitive positioning, market analysis, and financial planning while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and international affiliates to develop brand strategies and competitive readiness plans
• Analyze product, market, customer, and patient data to inform marketing plans and solve business problems
• Direct primary research efforts and evaluate international market dynamics, payers, and pricing strategies
• Monitor international marketing programs within budget constraints and optimize financial performance
• Develop executable marketing strategies positioned for target segments with demonstrated ROI and compliance adherence

Requirements

• 3-5 years oncology experience with solid tumors focus
• Multiple commercial pharmaceutical roles including brand, market access, or sales
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards
• Financial planning and analysis skills with international product launch experience
• Strong leadership, influence management, and change management competencies
• Excellent business writing, oral communication, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel at least 15%
