Associate Director, International Market Access and Pricing, Immunology

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director to lead international pricing strategy for RINVOQ, an immunology product. The role develops pricing guidance, analyzes market scenarios, builds business cases, and partners across regions to optimize price positioning and market access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain international pricing guidance including price corridors, floors, and launch recommendations
• Lead pricing business case development and present recommendations to executive pricing councils
• Build and interpret price-volume trade-off and International Reference Pricing analyses at market and global levels
• Own RINVOQ pricing assumptions in annual planning and long-range forecasting processes
• Partner with areas, affiliates, and cross-functional teams to align pricing strategy with brand and market objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Health Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Pharmacy, or related field
• At least 3 years pharmaceutical pricing, market access, health economics, or commercial finance experience
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills with Excel proficiency for pricing and scenario models
• Working knowledge of International Reference Pricing and launch sequencing impact
• Ability to distill complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Influence and persuasion skills in matrix organizations with incomplete information
