A hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a mid-level Director of Surgical Services (RN) to provide leadership and oversight within its surgical department. This is an on-site position requiring in-person reporting to the facility.

The role. The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for the clinical and operational leadership of the surgical services department. This individual will draw on their surgical nursing background to guide staff, uphold standards of perioperative care, and drive departmental performance. The role combines direct accountability for surgical service operations with ongoing leadership responsibilities within the nursing organization.

What we're looking for.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Arizona RN License
• 5+ years of surgical nursing experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a surgical setting
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing or a relevant field
• Preferred: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification
• Preferred: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
• Preferred: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Preferred: Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR)

Compensation. $146,900 - $198,000 per year
