Aurora House Team Leader

Position Aurora House Team Leader Division Youth Services Program Aurora House General Overview Supervision of Severely Emotionally Disturbed Youth. Completion of Functional Assessments and Progress Notes. Participation in Clinical Review of youth and development of Service Plans and Behavior Management Plans. Supervision of team members including recommendations for performance evaluations. Assisting residents with achieving service plan and daily living skills goals. Monitoring behavior management and support plans of all youth, providing input and recommendations to ensure strength-based and therapeutic milieu. Documenting a minimum of 8 restorative service notes as assigned per month and ensuring all assigned work is completed by team members, providing correction and follow up when needed. Qualifications Associate’s Degree plus three years residential adolescent, mental health experience or equivalent. Minimum 21 years of age. Clean NYS driving record. Clean NYSOMH fingerprint record. Red Cross and Crisis Intervention training (agency will provide). Hours Full Time, includes evening and weekends, available holidays; limited day hours. Salary Range $41,729 – $51,563 annually (based on degree & experience).
