Pay $35-40hr Responsibilities Provide patient care through skilled physical therapy interventions. Completing assessments, creating personalized Physical Therapy Treatment Plans and providing direct treatment to persons receiving services. Completes evaluations for services requested by the Director of Community Housing, ISS and/or RN Administrator. Requirements Physical Therapist License in NYS. Previous PT experience preferred.
