We are seeking a Contract Administrator to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to Sr. Project Manager's business needs.

Responsibilities:

• File & Organize all project documents (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, etc.)
• Schedule and Organize all Deliveries
• Professional Conduct with all Visitors
• Assist in Recruiting/Hiring Activities
• Facilities Coordination

​ Qualifications:

• Previous Construction Office Experience Preferred
• Deadline and Detail-Oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The permanent home office is in Dayton, OH with a regional offices in Mooresville, NC and Altamonte Springs, FL. This is a fast paced environment where attention to detail is crucial.
