We emphasize a compassionate, presence-driven approach to mental health. We're seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide veteran disability evaluations. Training provided. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological testing and evaluations for veteran disability claims Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation Collaborate with other mental health professionals Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines Participate in continuing education programs Requirements: Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the State of Texas Degree from an APA accredited program Experience in psychological testing and assessments Compensation: This is a full-time, W-2 position combining a guaranteed base salary with a monthly bonus tied to veteran evaluation volume. Training provided. Base salary: $100,000/year, guaranteed Performance bonus: up to $50,000/year, paid monthly based on evaluation volume Total compensation potential: up to $150,000/year Includes paid time off and paid holidays Work Hours: In-person, office-based evaluations Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time Education and Experience: Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) required At least 1 year of experience as a licensed psychologist preferred, but not required Salt and Light Psychological Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
