Inventory Coordinator

Job Description: What This Role Is All About Likewize is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join us at our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX. This role is the perfect step for someone who’s gotten their hands on inventory control work before and is ready for more! As our Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, our reports on track, and daily tasks running smoothly. If you enjoy hands‑on work, light data analysis, and being part of a collaborative team, you’ll thrive in this role. Your Key Areas of Focus Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation. Assist with inventory reports, KPIs, data extraction, and tracking using Excel. Partner closely with the Inventory Supervisor and team members across locations. Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Follow established processes while looking for ways to improve efficiency. Work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor to support inventory accuracy. What We’re Looking For A high school diploma or GED. 1+ years of hands‑on inventory experience within a warehouse/logistics environment. Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Strong skills in organization and attention to detail. A self‑starter mindset with the willingness to learn and grow. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to understand work instructions, communicate effectively across teams, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced operational environment. Someone comfortable splitting time between a cubicle and the warehouse floor when needed. Extra Skills Being bilingual in English & Spanish.
