Position Summary Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks, is seeking an Experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a team of Hospitalists with Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. Banner Health is expanding its team of Advanced Practice Providers in the Phoenix Metro Area and is recognized for its leadership and dedication to the communities we serve. Responsibilities The team member will be involved in cross cover call, clinical management of patients, placing orders, and lab follow-ups. Shift & Schedule Experienced ACNP 3-12 hour shifts per week + cross cover call Night Schedule, 7pm-7am Alternating schedule Monday-Wednesday, Thursday-Sunday Cross Cover Call from home every other Sunday 7pm-11pm DEA license and prescriptive authority required Benefits NEW Night Differential: $216 per night shift, that's an extra $18/hrs (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), totaling approximately $36,288 annually. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and pharmacy plans 401K Plan with 4% match after one year CME days plus allowance Paid Malpractice Hospital Overview Banner Thunderbird Medical Center-Glendale is currently the fourth-largest hospital in the Phoenix metropolitan area with 561 licensed beds and offers a wide range of medical services including adult behavioral health services, cancer care, critical care, emergency care, general surgery, heart care, inpatient pediatric care, medical imaging, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, outpatient rehabilitation services and stroke care.
