Registered Nurse Transplant Coordinator Job Summary Provide nursing care and coordination for patients undergoing transplant procedures, ensuring quality and safety across all stages of transplant care. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, patient education, and adherence to institutional protocols.
