Title Clerk - Automotive Operations *Location:* On-Site
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated *Title Clerk* to join a fast-paced automotive operations team. This position plays a critical role in processing vehicle titles for online vehicle sales and ensuring accuracy throughout the title management process.

Responsibilities
* Match vehicle titles to corresponding bills of sale
* Organize and sort titles by dealer name and in alphabetical order
* Process a high volume of vehicle title documents daily
* Receive titles into the company system with accuracy and efficiency
* Stamp and assign titles according to company procedures
* Prepare and ship title packages to customers and partners
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Basic computer proficiency and strong data-entry skills
* Ability to alphabetize and organize documents accurately
