Pay Rate: $ 18.00/hour

LHH is seeking detail-oriented, dependable professionals for a Title Processing Specialist opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth and career advancement. Unlike traditional customer service roles, this position offers a predictable workflow with minimal phone interaction, allowing you to focus on processing documents and supporting critical business operations.

Responsibilities

Document & Mail Processing

• Sort, open, and process incoming mail and title documents
• Scan, organize, file, and retrieve large volumes of paperwork
• Prepare and package documents for outgoing shipments
• Ensure records are accurately maintained and processed in a timely manner

Data Entry & Administrative Support

• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records
• Verify information and update internal systems
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administrative support, banking, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven tasks
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work fully onsite in Carmel, IN
