Sales Coordinator

Sales RepresentativeInfoWest is seeking a driven, tech-savvy Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional looking to expand into high-impact Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) traction, community outreach, and inbound/outbound sales calls. You'll work directly alongside the Sales Supervisor and Marketing to drive revenue, pitch key decision-makers, coordinate scheduling across the sales calendar, and expand our fiber footprint across the community.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Local Marketing: Execute sales campaigns and distribute flyers in designated Fiber expansion areas.MDU & HOA Coordination: Assist in preparing documentation for presentations to HOA board members (Your Sales manager presents to the board) as well as property management groups to bring Fiber connectivity to communities.Relationship Management: Actively reach out to local property management companies through Outbound calls and build lasting business relationships.Inbound/Outbound Sales Calls: Assist the inbound residential sales team during peak call volumes to convert incoming leads into sales. You will be on the phones answering sales calls all day Wednesday and as needed throughout the week.Event Support: Participate in marketing and sales events to increase brand visibility.Scheduling & Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage the sales calendar — HOA and property presentations, install appointments, and outreach follow-ups — working directly with the Sales Supervisor and Marketing to keep campaigns and lead flow alignedSales Analytics & Operations: Utilize internal tools (Sonar, Vetro, and Click-Up) to help develop, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive planning and forecasting.Qualifications & Requirements:Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role with a strong track record of results.Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficient with modern software and business technology; quick learner with new systemsSelf-motivated with a strong drive to contribute to company growth.Comfortable with local travel, field outreach, Sales calls, and direct customer interactions.High School Diploma or GED.Valid Drivers license.Full-time Benefits include:Compensation: Hourly rate, commensurate with experience, plus additional sales spiffs and incentive bonuses available.401(k) with employer matchHealth, Dental and Vision InsurancePTO, Sick time and Holiday payDiscounted Internet ServiceInterested candidates can submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their relevant sales experience and why they would be a great fit for the InfoWest team.
