My client is a leading residential developer based in Berkshire and they are currently looking for experienced Sales Negotiator’s to work on a number of luxury developments in the Berkshire area. The ideal candidate must have New Homes Sales experience, ideally for a residential developer/top house builder within London or surrounding counties. Responsibilities Must be highly motivated and target driven along with the desire to succeed and progress within the company. Must have excellent negotiation skills. Must have excellent customer service skills. Proven track record in selling new build homes. Requirements Experience in new homes sales, ideally with a residential developer/top house builder in London or surrounding counties.
