Lease Admin Coordinator II - REMOTEThe position of Lease Admin Coordinator II requires significant attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills. The position is responsible for auditing contractual language, processing packages for sales, and interacting with internal and external customers.Work with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin team members for general questions or escalations related to lease package questions.Assist Ryder Sales organization with researching and troubleshooting challenging or complex packages.Process Lease packages.Testing new technology as neededPerform other duties as assigned.Strong verbal and written communication skillsPerforms work independently with minimal supervisionCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skillsAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Ability to work independently and as a member of a teamFlexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented with excellent follow-up practicesH.S. diploma/GED requiredThree (3) years or more previous work experience and one year of Lease Administration experience requiredAccountingAt Ryder, you're trusted to make an impact—while enjoying room to grow and having a voice that's heard.
