Summary: As a member of The Big League Dreams team, you will be working under the direction of the Food and Beverage Director. You job duties will range from checkout, stocking and organizing, inventory, cleaning, and providing world class customer service to our teams and families that enter our complex.
- Ring in sales and assist customers in one of our F&B areas.
- Prepare food orders in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize shelves and displays to be more appealing to staff and customers.
- Receive and store all food and beverage inventory in proper food safe areas.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within concession stands, dining areas, and workspaces.
- Routinely clean and disinfect equipment, tables, windows, floors and areas within the dining rooms.
- 1-3 years food and beverage work experience.
- Ability to work during the day, evening, and weekends as determined by supervisor.
- Ability to work flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and offer a "high five" experience.
- Strong work ethic.
- Must be 21+
- Routinely required to work extended hours of time including weekdays/nights, and weekends.
- Must be able to move quickly to assist customers.
- Reach for high placed boxes and items, handle or feel objects or controls, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb stairs.
- Routinely lift or move up to 50 pounds at least 20% of the time.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, dust and particles, and loud noises.
