As a Business Systems Analyst Senior within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH. You act as the bridge between business (Marketing/CIM/LOBs) and engineering, ensuring solutions are aligned to customer engagement, campaign execution, and data‑driven decisioning. Responsibilities Partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Tech teams to drive alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes. Translate business needs into system capabilities (SFMC, AJO, Pega, MDL, etc.) and support design discussions and technical feasibility. Elicit, define and document business requirements / user stories; translate CIM use cases into functional specs, flows, and data needs. Participate in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes to technology applications. Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes. Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups to improve business results. Identify and document all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes. Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for specific business groups. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with pay based on company, business and/or individual performance.
