Role Description The Realtor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Summerville, SC. The Realtor will represent buyers and sellers throughout the local market, conduct property showings, prepare and present offers, and guide clients through negotiations and closing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining and updating listings in the MLS, conducting comparative market analyses, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other transaction activities. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, educating clients on market conditions and the home-buying and selling process, and collaborating with internal teams such as mortgage, insurance, and relocation services. The Realtor is expected to uphold Carolina One’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and community-focused service while meeting sales and performance goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and meet all South Carolina regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends and residential property practices. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess understanding of Real Property principles, contracts, and transaction documentation. Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with MLS and real estate technology platforms, and reliable transportation for local travel.
