This role will serve as a key leader in supporting financial advisors within our independent employee channel for LPL, including driving the profitability of a region that will expand to encompass multiple branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the W2 advisor model and a passion for supporting succession planning strategies.Responsibilities:Partner with advisors to create and implement business growthMaintaining high advisor retention and satisfaction.Supporting the recruitment of advisors by selling them on the mission and vision of the Employee Chanel.
