Income ranges from $110,000 to $140,000+. Position is salary plus commission/bonus base.

What you'll do:

• Lead daily service department operations
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention
• Coach, train, and develop advisors and technicians
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Build a positive, high-performance service culture

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of automotive service management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven success in high-volume service operations
• Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack experience preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore
