Travel throughout the region to strengthen customer relationships, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities to grow market share. Analyze annual budgets and monthly/quarterly performance reports, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Champion compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment. Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive market share growth and achieve sales objectives. Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
