Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Infant Development AssessmentsLocation: San Diego & Imperial Counties Schedule: Part-Time, Flexible Pay: $40-$50/hourAre you passionate about helping young children and their families? Home of Guiding Hands is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Infant Development Assessments (IDA) team.In this role, you'll complete developmental assessments for infants and toddlers from birth to age 3 who may have developmental delays. You'll work directly with families in their homes and community settings, complete evaluations, prepare reports, and help develop recommendations that connect children with the services they need.What You'll DoComplete developmental assessments for infants and toddlers.Meet with families and assessment partners to coordinate appointments.Complete required assessment paperwork and documentation.Review developmental milestones and screen for autism when appropriate.Assist with developing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).Prepare reports and submit documentation within required timelines.Travel throughout San Diego or Imperial County to conduct assessments in homes and community settings.What You'll BringMaster's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Experience working with children from birth to age 3, especially those with developmental delays or at risk for developmental disabilities.Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently while building positive relationships with families and community partners.Why Join Home of Guiding Hands?At Home of Guiding Hands, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while enjoying a flexible work schedule.
