Property Manager

Silva Management Partners is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Palisade Apartments in Gunnison, CO. This role oversees daily operations, financial performance, leasing, and on-site staff. Ideal candidates are organized, resident-focused, and comfortable managing both administrative and physical aspects of a residential community. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage leasing, move-ins/move-outs, renewals, and resident communications • Oversee rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and financial reporting • Supervise and support on-site maintenance and administrative staff • Monitor and manage operating budgets; process invoices and purchase orders • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate vendor bids • Maintain accurate records in property management software (AppFolio) • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of residential property management experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Section 8 / HUD experience preferred • English/Spanish bilingual fluency a plus Please send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io
