This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building community relationships, generating new client referrals, and supporting caregiver operations. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, organized, and driven to help grow the business while making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and families. Responsibilities Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizations Promote Home Helpers Home Care services throughout Conroe and surrounding areas Generate new client referrals and business opportunities Assist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding efforts Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and health fairs Maintain professional communication with referral sources and prospective clients Support office coordination and caregiver communication when needed Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, sales, recruiting, or caregiving preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation required Bilingual is a plus Compensation & Benefits Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Competitive base pay Commission opportunities based on client growth and referrals The more clients you help bring in, the greater your earning potential through commission incentives Supportive and growing team environment Opportunity for career growth About Us Home Helpers Home Care of Conroe, TX is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care services that help seniors and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
