Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

We are looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect. Schedule: Multiple shifts available in Gary, Merrillville, Valparaiso, Hobart & Michigan City! Pay: $15/hr - $16.75. Some positions/locations may require your own personal vehicle and auto liability insurance based on the role Good communication skills – reading, writing, and documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with internal and external team members. A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process.
