Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Resource Management Associate based at either our Madison, Wisconsin or Greenfield, Indiana site.Job Responsibilities:This role includes preparation of daily and weekly schedules for assigned product lines or departments and for support of the overall master schedule.You will communicate regularly with Study Direction and operational staff to adjust schedules to accommodate changes in study design, resource availability or staffing.Study Conduct (90%):Provides workload support in a resource planning function and learns to support multiple global service linesDevelops intermediate knowledge in interpreting study designs for pertinent scheduling requirements and reviews design changes as they applyDevelops basic knowledge of the systems being used in their core scheduling functionSupports harmonization across global sitesUpdates and maintains proposal and schedule information in management information databasesPerforms tasks in support of the global scheduling workloads as requiredProcess Improvement/Innovation:Assists in the production, interpretation and analysis of routine capacity reportsMonitors capacity utilization for the supported services lines and assists in guiding operational leadershipProvides basic information about departmental workloads, processes and operations to internal clients and managementFollows training manuals for Resource Management functionsMinimum Qualifications: 4 or more years pre-clinical operational experience in industryAdditional Job Standards:Advanced knowledge in use of computer systems, databases and relevant applications. Intermediate excel skillFamiliarity with Life Science/Analytical Science or similar business and general operating proceduresEffective interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated attention to detail, consistent accuracyAbility to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers and operational contactsProven time management and analytical business skillsBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
