Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Drive sales and manage costs to improve profitability.
- Recruit, hire, and develop team members for long-term success.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health regulations.
- Maintain high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.
