Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the second-shift maintenance operations across a high-volume manufacturing facility operating 12 production lines. This position oversees a dedicated team of approximately 15 technicians and leads, ensuring smooth daily operations, workflow management, and technical support. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, electrical troubleshooting expertise, and a commitment to maintaining safety and operational standards. Responsibilities Lead, direct, and oversee 2nd-shift maintenance technicians and team leads. Manage daily maintenance workflows, shift scheduling, staffing, and team coverage. Perform leadership duties including performance evaluations and addressing HR-related issues. Ensure production continuity through hands‑on assistance and electrical troubleshooting up to 480V. Enforce 5S methodology, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all lines. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve equipment issues and maintain plant output. Qualifications 3+ years of strong maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing, scheduling, and evaluating maintenance staff. Strong technical background in electrical troubleshooting up to 480V systems. Solid understanding of safety compliance, 5S principles, and standard manufacturing practices.
