26-27 Part Time Extended Day Academy Manager

Additional Job Information The Extended Day Academy (EDA) Site Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the after-school program at their assigned campus. The Site Manager ensures a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where students grow academically and socially through organized play and enrichment experiences. This position provides leadership to EDA staff, maintains program compliance, supports positive student behavior, and serves as the primary point of contact for families and campus administration. Program Leadership & Supervision Oversee daily operations of the Extended Day Academy program Supervise, support, and evaluate EDA staff Ensure proper student-to-staff ratios at all times Maintain a safe, structured, and organized program environment Model professionalism and positive behavior management practices Provide staff coaching on classroom management and Conscious Discipline strategies Student Support & Safety Ensure consistent implementation of behavior expectations Address student discipline concerns in alignment with district policies Maintain accurate attendance records and student documentation Follow all district safety procedures and emergency protocols Monitor snack distribution and daily transitions Family & Campus Communication Serve as the primary contact for parents regarding student concerns and program information Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with families Partner with campus administration and teachers to support student success Respond to parent concerns in a timely and solution-focused manner Administrative Duties Maintain program records and required documentation Ensure compliance with district and state guidelines Support registration processes and enrollment tracking Assist with payroll verification and timesheet accuracy Maintain inventory and submit supply requests as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Hurst-Euless-Bedford I.S.D.
