POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced, empathetic, and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our Houston office.

You will work directly with 1 attorney. This is a hands-on role managing cases from intake through resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage cases throughout the full lifecycle, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial preparation

• Manage a portfolio of sexual abuse litigation cases

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients

• Provide regular client updates and gather essential evidence

• Manage files independently with minimal oversight

• Occasionally travel to collaborate with teams in Atlanta or Birmingham

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side paralegal experience

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage files

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with discretion and empathy

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
