Practice Group Manager Job Summary: The Practice Group Manager will be on site to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, acting as local culture carriers and an extension of operations leadership. They will monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance measures to ensure their offices meet or exceed established clinical, operational, and financial objectives set in cooperation with leadership. Compensation and Bonus $90,000 – 100,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential. Coordinate and oversee operations to ensure offices run efficiently according to LifeStance standard operating procedures, escalating and resolving facility issues. Accountable for monthly performance management and report of key performance indicators, including variance reporting and action plans. Provide root causes and action plans for under‑performance to the Operations Director. Ensure implementation of all LFST operational and clinical processes to drive service excellence. Collaborate with shared services teams to support clinician and patient delivery of mental health services. Partner with Operations Director to manage local referral source relationships and promote LFST in local geographies. Work with Operations, Clinical and Medical Directors to assess patient capacity and clinician utilization. Build a high‑performing team through selection, training, and performance management of office staff; serve as a positive culture carrier. Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports including Clinicians, Lead Practice Coordinator, Practice Coordinators, and Medical Services Coordinators. Provide administrative oversight and operational support for therapists and prescribers within the practice group. Support clinician engagement activities to promote LFST culture and improve satisfaction. Assist with onboarding and training of new clinician hires, ensuring completion of introductory tasks. Partner with Intake team for efficient patient matching and ramp of new clinical team members. Act as Operations contact for clinician administrative questions and operational support. Oversee escalated patient complaints and partner with leadership to drive resolution. Ensure clinicians have support around case consults, documentation, integrity, and best practices. Communicate weekly with Operational and Clinical Directors about clinician dissatisfaction and retention issues. Mentor and engage high performers through educational and career progression opportunities. Required Skills and Abilities Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.). Strong technical and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required. Physical Requirements Employee must be able to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, walk regularly, and lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
