To drive sales growth, the full-time Inside Sales Account Manager will manage a pipeline of clients and prospects, achieving booking and revenue targets while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Achieve booking, revenue, and profit objectives through daily prospecting and closing sales transactions Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the CRM system while collaborating with internal teams Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients and provide exceptional customer service Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, account management, or business development Experience with enterprise software and familiarity with healthcare or clinical research preferred Strong business planning and analytical skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a professional team environment
