Tree Care Sales Consultant – Customer Solutions

Certified Tree Care is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Tree Care Consultant in Austin, TX. This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and project coordination — with the opportunity to grow into a rewarding, long-term career.

Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Typical First-Year Earnings: $60,000 –$120,000 +

Top performers earn $100k-$150k

Role Description

This is a full-time, field-based Sales Consultant role at Certified Tree Care LLC. In this position, you’ll engage with homeowners, understand their tree care needs, and recommend customized solutions that make a real difference. Your day-to-day will include consulting with customers, clearly explaining our services, addressing questions, generating leads through community outreach, and delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships and driving the growth of our customer base.

Qualifications

• Motivated, people-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys connecting with clients and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to achieving sales targets
• Previous customer-facing, consultative, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Tree care industry experience is not required ; full training provided
• Availability to work Saturdays during the first year
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with potential clients throughout the day with a results-driven mindset, maintaining focus and professionalism
• Educate clients on tree care solutions and the value of our services
• Provide clear recommendations tailored to each customer’s property goals
• Coordinate effectively with management and crew leaders to ensure job sites are completed correctly the first time
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
• Actively generate opportunities by introducing our services to potential customers
• Participate in proactive outreach during slower seasons when appointments may be limited
