Sales Arborist (Good Guys Tree Service)

Good Guys Tree Service is a TCIA-accredited leader in professional tree care in Austin, TX. Our experienced crews and commitment to ANSI standards make us one of the most trusted names in the industry. We provide expert services ranging from pruning and removals to tree health and pest management.
Job Summary
We're hiring a motivated and personable Sales Representative to meet with potential clients, assess tree care needs, and close high-value service deals. This is a 100% commission-based role with leads provided giving you the opportunity to earn based on your performance while selling services people truly need.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with residential and commercial clients in person
- Assess tree conditions and make expert recommendations
- Present estimates and proposals for services (pruning, removal, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM software
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Stay current on best practices in arboriculture and tree care
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree care is a plus
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped earning potential)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: In person, based in Austin, TX
