Mike Nichols State Farm is hiring a Remote Account Associate in Kewanee, IL for a sales role with real meaning — real conversations about coverage, trust earned quickly, and sales that genuinely help the people on the other side of the table. You can live anywhere in the U.S. as long as you keep Illinois (Central Time) business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop a steady pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals

Qualifications

• An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
• Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
• Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must
• Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
• Must be able to keep Illinois (Central Time) working hours
• Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
• A positive teammate who takes coaching well

Pay range: $60,000-$70,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
