Manager Candidate Qualifications Take your craft seriously, not yourself (We like to have fun while working hard)! Show a history of job stability in high volume, full-service settings. Demonstrate a history of positive impact on sales growth and profitability. Show passion and commitment to providing a truly great guest experience. Oversee and maintain a high-quality food and beverage program. Skilled in reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of hourly employees. Display tact and strategic planning while directing work for employees including setting weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant. Have a positive record of staff development and empowerment. Create a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests by creating incentives for the team. Committed to coaching performance of employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline. Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Passionate about the development of all hourly employees, providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones. Certified in Food Safety and Sanitation. Committed to enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines. Perform purchasing and inventory duties efficiently. Adept at service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction.
